What Shipping Methods Are Available?

All items are shipped by Canada Post from Mission, British Columbia, Canada. Shipping prices displayed at checkout are carrier calculated rates based on weight of item(s) and include tracking and insurance. All commercial savings are reflected and passed onto our customers. We do not increase shipping to include supplies or labor. The shipping prices you see at checkout are the shipping charges we incur. 

FREE SHIPPING is available on all orders valued at $80+ shipping within Canada & the USA. We also offer a flat rate domestic shipping option...

* $6 Flat rate shipping on orders shipping within Canada valued at $50-$79.98

* $10 Flat rate shipping on orders shipping within Canada valued at $0-49.99

Do You Ship Internationally?

We ship anywhere in Canada and the U.S., tracking and insurance included. Buyer is responsible for duties and/or brokerage fees that may be incurred.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

Items are ready to ship and will typically dispatch within 5-7 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) from date of purchase. Transit times may vary depending on destination.

If you require an item sooner, select 'priority shipping' and leave us a note at checkout.

How can I make a return

Shop in confidence with our hassle free, no questions asked, 30 Day return policy. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. If you need to initiate a return please email orderdesk@keweclothing.com.

Are all items eligible for returns?

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Only regular priced items may be refunded or exchanged. Sale items are final and cannot be refunded. 

Who is responsible for return shipping?

Buyers are responsible for return shipping unless the item(s) is determined to be damaged, defective or received in error. All items are inspected prior to shipping, but we all make mistakes and sometimes things do get missed.

How are refunds processed?

Once your return is received your refund will then be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Shipping charges are not eligible for refunds.  

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your issuing bank.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

How are refunds processed?

Absolutely! If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return. 


Do I Need An Account To Place An 


Although an account is not required, our members receive exclusive discounts every month on promotional items so we encourage you to sign up at your convenience. Account holders can also access all previous order copies and easily update important information. 

Once an account has been created, checking out is a breeze!
