What Shipping Methods Are Available?

All items are shipped by Canada Post from Mission, British Columbia, Canada. Shipping prices displayed at checkout are carrier calculated rates based on weight of item(s) and location. Tracking and insurance included. All commercial savings are reflected and passed onto our customers. We do not increase shipping to include supplies or labor. The shipping prices you see at checkout are the shipping charges we incur. 

FREE SHIPPING is available on all orders valued at $100+ when shipping within Canada & the USA. 

$9.99 FLAT RATE Shipping available on all orders valued at $99.99 or less when shipping within Canada & the USA.

Shipping thresholds (order value) calculated before any discount(s) and taxes are applied. 

Do You Ship Internationally?

We ship anywhere in Canada and the U.S., tracking and insurance included. Buyer is responsible for duties and/or brokerage fees that may be incurred.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

Items are ready to ship and will typically dispatch within 2-5 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) from date of purchase. Transit times may vary depending on destination.

How can I make a return

Shop in confidence with our hassle free, no questions asked, 30 Day return policy. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. If you need to initiate a return please email orderdesk@keweclothing.com.

Are all items eligible for returns?

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Only regular priced items may be refunded or exchanged. Sale items are final and cannot be refunded. 


Who is responsible for return shipping?

Buyers are responsible for return shipping unless the item(s) is determined to be damaged, defective or received in error. All items are inspected prior to shipping, but we all make mistakes and sometimes things do get missed.

How are refunds processed?

Once your return is received your refund will then be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Shipping charges are not eligible for refunds.  

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your issuing bank. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Can I return or exchange an item I received as a gift?

Absolutely! If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

Do I Need An Account To Place An 

Order?

Although an account is not required, our members receive exclusive discounts every month on promotional items so we encourage you to sign up at your convenience. Account holders can also access all previous order copies and easily update important information.

Can I make changes to my order?

As long as the items on your order have not yet been fulfilled, we can typically accommodate changes. Please email orderdesk@keweclothing.com

Second hand style 
guide:

New Without Tags:  
The item is new, unused, unwashed, without tags. 

Excellent: 
The item has been worn, but there is little to no visible wear. Like new!

Good: 
The item is in great structural condition, may show some signs of normal wear or very minor pilling.

Fair: 
The item is in good used condition, with visible signs of ware. Any significant imperfections, such as rips, stains or snags will be noted in the listing.


Does your closet need a clean out?

You can trade in your pre-loved pieces for KEWE Cash!

We will rehome any beloved pieces that your children have grown out -even if they may need minor repairs. In exchange you will receive a KEWE Collective E-Gift card valued at a minimum of $25 and up to a maximum of $250. 

Simply package up your pre-loved items into a previously used box or poly mailer and contact us for a pre-paid shipping label. 

We accept gently used clothing items in sizes newborn through 6 years -even if they may need minor repairs (buttons, loose threads, etc) as long as there are no significant rips or stains.

Gift card values are determined upon receipt of goods and are based on the brand contents, overall condition and quantity of your donation, with a min. value being $25 CAD. All items that are determined not suitable to be re-sold in store will de repurposed, recycled or passed on.

Maximum parcel weight and dimensions for all returns is: 78x78x78" at 50 lbs.
